hello. i am, indeed, alive. i scrapped that whole "happy" deal and started a new one. same premise, better written. located in "long prose," it's called "this will all make perfect sense someday." i am in love with it. you should be, too. hah.

finals are coming up, so, of course, i'll be writing as a procrastination tactic.

hi. happy new year and whatnot. new chapter coming within the next few days. i swear.

new year's resolution: one chapter every two weeks. go me. uni will start soon. it'll happen. :)

got the job. have been working. it's all splendid.

next semester's schedule is insane. straight from hell, that one. i'm in class some days from 7am to 5:30pm. excuse me while i go vomit.

no updates yet. finals coming up! work! the time i have off i use it for useful things. like sleeping. also, most of my stuff is in a floppy disk that i left inside my mom's laptop. which is in her office. which is currently residing prettily on top of her desk, about 5 towns (an hour) away.

it feels like christmas. we put up the lights this week and we're putting up the tree today. the house smells like christmas. the general vibe everywhere is christmas-y. i love it. "the longest holidays in the world. that's Puerto Rico" goes a beer ad campaign. goes reality.

so, i'm a liar. chapter four will be up soon. yes. but not within the week. new job, finals... taking time away from writing.

also. i have to start going to bed early. my shifts start at 6am. SIX IN THE MORNING. this is insane. but. no complaints. whatsoever.

Happy Thanksgiving! Chapter three is up now. a short one because I had to cut this chapter in half, otherwise, it would've been way too long. next part coming this weekend. seriously.

I might work at Borders. I am so happy, so looking forward to that phone call, i'm afraid they'll reject me. argh. wouldn't surprise me, really. i have no luck whatsoever.

got harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban today. YAY snape and ron! my two loves. in the wizarding world, at least.

eat lots of turkey today and shop 'til you drop on friday. :)

chapter three is on it's way. seriously. having to conjure up images of a past that i'm trying to leave behind is hard. but. it's coming along.

apart from that, college is kicking my ass. and life is just it's usual chaotic loveliness so... yes. lack of updates? blame life. and my college professors. :)

going to see The Incredibles today. and Garden State (finally!) tomorrow. and am watching Love Actually for the hundredth time. british accents, especially those of hugh grant, colin firth, and liam neeson, are always good for inspiration.

oh, and it's raining. and it's cold. and it's such a depressing day. although, i've had a lovely one. and didn't do much. weird that i've had a smile on my face all day. doesn't happen often. ;)
